Do Not Call/Mail List
In the interest of respecting the privacy of consumers, The Equitable Bank has established the following Do Not Call/Mail Policy.
The Equitable Bank respects the privacy of all consumers. Under no circumstances will we call before 8:00 A.M. or after 9:00 P.M. If you do not want to receive unsolicited direct marketing communications regarding the Equitable Bank’s products or services, you can request to be placed on our Do Not Call/Mail List. Allow up to 30 days after you have made your request for your name to be removed from any sales programs currently underway. Being on the Do Not Call/Mail lists does not mean that you will not be contacted by The Equitable Bank. You may still be contacted for billing, surveys, service, and other communications.
How to Be Placed on The Equitable Bank’s Do Not Call/Mail Lists:
- If you receive a call from a bank employee, ask to be placed on the “Do Not Call/Mail List” and provide the salesperson with the following:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Submit your request for placement on the Do Not Call/Mail List by calling Customer Service at 888-518-6115 and speaking to a Customer Service Representative. State that you wish to be placed on the Do Not Call/Mail List. You will need to provide the representative with the following:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Submit your request for placement on the Do Not Call/Mail List in writing and include your name, address and telephone number along with a statement indicating that you would like to be placed on the Do Not Call/Mail List. Send your written request to:
