The successful candidate must have investment and insurance experience including product knowledge and sales skills, the ability to relate professionally to clients and colleagues, Series 7 and 63 FINRA Registrations, Life, Variable Life, Accident & Health Wisconsin Insurance licenses, and a clean compliance background.

Marketing Database Specialist
Under the direction of the Bank Officer-Marketing, the Database Specialist supports sales campaigns, customer analysis and campaign execution through database management and analytical reporting. This position will analyze data and make recommendations on the broad range of needs present across marketing, sales and service departments and ensures that they are aligned with the strategic goals of the Bank.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create and execute reports for marketing, sales and service areas of the Bank using Touche Analyzer, Fiserv iVue, Fiserv Easy Lender and Crystal Reports.
- Analyze data, recognize trends, make recommendations and implement programs and services to increase market penetration, manage customer accounts/information and improve efficiency.
- Purchase and manage all lists to ensure accuracy, eliminate duplicate data and ensure compliance with US mail requirements.
- Design and manage online customer and employee surveys.
- Generate weekly Rate and Loan Committee agendas.
- Track marketing invoices, donation requests and loan officer budgets.
- Coordinate bank events including: seminars, meetings, customer events and parties.
- Order and manage inventory of bank print materials and promotional items.
- Assist with the planning, designing, writing and publishing of all advertising and promotional materials. Maintain and update material, as needed.
- Assist in updating and maintaining The Equitable Bank website and intranet site.
- Assist with publishing the daily mortgage rates.
- Ensure overall quality, quantity, accuracy, timeliness and tracking of all marketing related activities.
- Understand bank policies and procedures and ensures that all marketing related activities conform to applicable regulatory mandated standards.
- Assist in other areas of the Marketing department as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1- 2 years experience with database management and reporting required.
- Previous experience in a financial services company is highly desired.
- Experience involving campaign execution, customer analytics and data mining required.
- Extensive computer skills to include: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Crystal Reports.
- Some design background highly desired.
- Event planning experience highly desired.
- Fiserv software experience a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn computer programs and explore new and betters ways to use software.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Must be assertive, self-starter and resourceful.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to do light physical exertion related to remote promotions.
Tellers
We are currently recruiting for Tellers at the following office:
- Part-Time at our Waterford office, located at 701 Trailview Court
These positions are scheduled Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. No evenings and no Sundays and we provide the training! Must enjoy a high volume of public contact in a professional business environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
